Case studies measured in revenue, not impressions
These case studies run from Cairo to the US Midwest, spanning websites, brand identity, company profiles and platforms. Five carry results we measured ourselves, from live analytics and ad accounts. The rest document work we designed, developed and shipped, exactly as delivered.
This page collects the work with the receipts attached. Every entry names the client and what we did for them. Five engagements carry numbers we measured ourselves, from live analytics and ad accounts. The rest record work we designed and shipped, documented exactly as it went live.
The sectors these digital marketing case studies cover
Security and smart building technology. Lifestyle fashion selling across the Gulf. Multi market retail ecommerce. A professional association serving MENA. Real estate marketing, development and portals. A dental clinic in Cairo. Two agency sites in the United States, and an Arabic marketplace running on flat rate delivery. The mix matters. A tactic that carries a fashion brand rarely carries a B2B security firm.
The kinds of result we publish
Four measures, and they are not interchangeable. Return on ad spend, where Alexander Crown reached 5.2x across every market it sells in. Organic sessions, where GPMA grew 312% in eight months and put 184 keywords in the top three. Qualified lead volume against cost per lead. ABS Egypt more than doubled leads and cut cost per lead 38%. Community, where Kheyoot went from launch to a 52,000 strong following in nine months.
What these numbers do not promise
Results follow the market, the budget and the starting position. A store with product market fit and a working checkout moves faster than one without either. A category with cheap clicks in Cairo can cost four times as much in Dubai or Chicago. None of these programs ran on a token test budget, and none delivered in the first month. We publish figures only where we hold the measurement ourselves. That is why most entries here report scope instead of statistics.
How to read the entries
Each story opens with the problem, then the change we made, then what moved. The build records list scope instead: what we designed, what we developed, and what went live. Screenshots come from the delivered site, not from a mockup. The website builds went live between 2022 and 2024, and each of those cards shows its year. Every entry also lists the services behind it, so the method sits next to the outcome.
A number without a method is a boast. Each entry names the constraint we worked inside: the budget band, the team size, and the platform we inherited. Where a client asked us not to publish a figure, the entry reports scope and stops there.
Where to go next
If a sector here matches yours, the method behind it sits in the service pages. Start with our digital marketing solutions. Or read the paid media planning page behind the 5.2x number. The digital marketing blog covers the same playbooks at article length. When you want a read on your own funnel, start with the free marketing audit. Every engagement on this page began there.
Five programs we can prove
Dream Capital
SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads brought Dream Capital more than 10,000 leads. A CRM we built for the sales team turned that volume into a 50% jump in closing efficiency.
From day one to a 52K-strong community
We built the Kheyoot fashion brand from launch: an organic voice people actually follow, paid social that amplifies only proven content, and a store engineered to lift order value. Nine months later, the community compounds on its own.
5.2x return on ad spend, in every market
Rising budgets were producing falling returns. We rebuilt measurement, consolidated the funnel and moved creative to weekly sprints. Return on ad spend climbed across every single market Alexander Crown sells in.
+312% organic sessions in 8 months
Years of authority sat locked in PDFs Google could barely crawl. Technical SEO and cornerstone content made GPMA visible for the topics it exists to lead. 184 keywords now sit in the top three positions.
Twice the qualified leads, 38% cheaper
A crawl-deep technical cleanup and a conversion-first website rebuild turned search from an afterthought into the busiest sales channel ABS Egypt has. Leads more than doubled, and each one now costs 38% less.
More builds from the portfolio
Websites we designed and shipped (storefronts, Arabic-first RTL platforms, property portals with real search engines behind them, clinic booking flows), alongside brand identities, company profiles, packaging and motion work. Each entry documents the build itself. Where we hold the performance data, it is published above. See the discipline behind the web builds in website and app development.

None of these numbers came from a secret trick. They came from the same playbooks we run for every client: technical SEO that makes Google take a brand seriously, paid media planning that treats every pound of spend as an investment, social media management that builds communities instead of counting vanity followers, and websites engineered to convert the attention all of it earns.
