Ad platforms exist to spend your budget. A PPC agency earns its fee by making that spend profitable. We plan and run Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns from Cairo. Our clients sell in Egypt, the Gulf and the United States. Every plan starts from what one customer is worth to you. It does not start from a cost per click that looks tidy in a dashboard.

What a PPC agency should settle before it spends a pound

Work backwards from one order. Take the average order value and subtract cost of goods and delivery. Then subtract the cash on delivery orders that come back refused at the door. What remains is the real contribution of an order. Decide how much of it you will hand to media. Multiply that by the customers you want each month. Now you have a budget you can defend in a board meeting.

There is also a floor, and founders resist this part. Platforms learn from conversions. Below roughly thirty conversions a month, a search campaign cannot bid intelligently. A PPC agency that accepts a budget under that floor is selling you noise. A single city service business usually needs EGP 25,000 to 60,000 a month before the data behaves. A growing online store needs EGP 100,000 to 400,000 to run prospecting and remarketing together. The full arithmetic sits in how much an Egyptian business should spend on ads.

Account structure is arithmetic, not taste

Most Egyptian accounts we inherit break in one of two directions. Either one campaign holds four hundred keywords, or forty campaigns each starve for data. Our rule is simple. No campaign exists unless it can produce about thirty conversions a month on its own. Consolidating a scattered account is usually the first thing we do as your PPC agency. Brand search is the permanent exception, because it costs little and it stops competitors renting your name.

Arabic and English belong in one campaign, in separate ad groups. Arabic query volume in most Egyptian categories cannot feed a campaign alone. A large share of searchers type Franco, which is Arabic words in Latin letters, so those spellings belong in the keyword list. The rest belong in the negatives. Our guide to Google Ads account structure in Egypt lists the settings that quietly drain a budget.

Measurement, and the cash on delivery problem

Cash on delivery still carries a large share of Egyptian e-commerce orders. The platform counts the sale at checkout. Your bank counts it when the courier hands the box over. Refused orders live between those two numbers and inflate every return figure you report. We feed the delivered outcome back to the platforms, so bidding learns from money you actually banked. Read how cash on delivery breaks ad measurement for the fix.

Gulf accounts behave differently again. Auctions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE cost several times more than Egypt in dollar terms. Card payment is the norm there, and Arabic and English audiences split more evenly. We plan those markets on their own numbers. We also rewrite the Arabic ads for the Gulf instead of copying the Egyptian text, because the dialect and the commercial vocabulary differ. Delivery and payment expectations differ too, and that shows up in ad copy before it shows up in the campaign. Copying an Egyptian account into a new currency wastes the first two months.

Two local habits change the plan. Auction prices climb through Ramadan and again around the White Friday window, so a flat monthly budget quietly buys less at exactly the wrong moment. A large share of Egyptian and Gulf inquiries also arrive on WhatsApp rather than through a form. If nobody records what happened in those chats, the platform learns from the wrong conversions. We wire that feedback back in before we scale anything.

What you get from this PPC agency

Alexander Crown reached a 5.2x return on ad spend with us. Click through rates rose 91%, and revenue grew 186% after we reworked the funnel. The full breakdown sits in the Alexander Crown case study. You should see that level of detail before you sign, not after.

Ads only convert as well as the page behind them. Our website and app team rebuilds the landing page, and our SEO team grows the free traffic beside the paid. That is why we argue about your offer as often as about your bids. If you already run an account, take the free account audit. We will name the three biggest leaks in it before you commit to anything.

Questions, answered

Before you ask

The questions every smart client asks us in the first call, answered here so your first call can be about your business instead. Anything missing? Ask us directly.

We typically manage from around EGP 50,000 or USD 1,500 per month in media spend, enough for the platforms to exit learning phases and for tests to reach statistical significance. Below that, we will tell you honestly and suggest where the money works harder.

Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube; Meta (Facebook and Instagram); and TikTok. We recommend the mix based on where your customers buy, not on what is fashionable. Sometimes the answer is two platforms done properly.

One monthly report with spend, revenue, ROAS, cost per lead and the tests we ran, presented live, not emailed into the void. You also get real-time dashboard access, so nothing we see is hidden from you.

No. We work month to month after an initial three-month runway, which is the minimum honest window to build, test and scale a paid program. If we are not performing, you should be free to leave; that pressure keeps us sharp.
