These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the theRealCrm platform (the “Service”, provided via the Meta application “theRealCrm Integration”), operated by Luminari (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
theRealCrm is a customer-relationship-management platform for real-estate brokerages, including lead management, WhatsApp Business messaging, and Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads integration.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable third-party terms, including Meta’s Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You will not use the Service to send spam or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with Meta products (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads). Your use of those integrations is also subject to Meta’s applicable terms and policies.
5. Data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and deletion requests are handled per our Data Deletion page.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
