This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by the theRealCrm platform (provided via the Meta application “theRealCrm Integration”), operated by Luminari.
What data can be deleted
This includes account and profile information, leads received from Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business message history, and associated contact records stored in theRealCrm.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data, email privacy@luminarisolutions.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name;
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your data;
- The name of the brokerage or theRealCrm account, if known.
If your data was provided to a brokerage through a Facebook Lead Ad or a WhatsApp conversation, you may also contact that brokerage directly, as they are the controller of that data.
What happens next
We will verify your request and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
