This Privacy Policy explains how Luminari (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the theRealCrm platform (the “Service”, provided via the Meta application “theRealCrm Integration”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Service. theRealCrm is a customer-relationship-management platform provided to real-estate brokerages (“Clients”). For data that Clients process through theRealCrm, the Client is the data controller and Luminari acts as a processor on their behalf.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & profile data — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and login credentials of Client users.
- Lead data from Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads — when a Client connects their Facebook Page, we receive lead-form submissions (such as name, email address, phone number, and the answers a prospect provides) so the Client can follow up.
- WhatsApp Business messages — when a Client connects their WhatsApp Business number, we send and receive messages between the Client and their customers, including message content, timestamps, and phone numbers.
- Facebook Page & advertising data — limited Page information and ad-campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend) used to display reporting to the Client.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser information, and activity within the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To route and manage leads, conversations, and tasks for the Client’s sales team.
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages between the Client and their customers.
- To display analytics and campaign reporting to the Client.
- To secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Meta Platform Data
theRealCrm integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook Lead Ads as a Tech Provider on behalf of our Clients. Our access to and use of data obtained through Meta’s APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Terms, and all applicable Meta developer policies. We access only the data necessary to provide the Service and do not sell it.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) the Client to whom the data belongs; (b) service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting), under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities when required by law.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal data for as long as a Client account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see our Data Deletion page.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption of access tokens and credentials, HTTPS in transit, and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
